simmill 9W4: High milling depths, maximum stability.
The high-performance simmill 9W4 tool system was developed for groove, slot and parting off milling with depths of up to 16.5 mm. The system consists of carbide and steel carrier tools with internal coolant supply and 12-edged milling cutter inserts with cutting widths from 0.5 mm and up to 6.0 mm. The use of our high-performance toothing technology ensures that high torques and feed rates can be realized and a higher cutting performance can be achieved.
