A necessary recapitalization – and a strong regional presence
To ensure the continued existence of the Forum de l'Arc and of SIAMS in Moutier under good conditions, FAJI joined forces with eight other companies in the Jura region and recapitalized the company for CHF 1.9 million. This agreement is good news for the region as a whole, as it secures an exhibition and congress centre in the heart of the Jura and also ensures that SIAMS will continue to take place in Moutier in the future.
