New: Personalized home page (and invitation)
This new possibility, which was discussed at the September Exhibitors' Committee, is now available!
You want to invite your customers to SIAMS, and want to give them a brief overview of the show and the link to download their ticket? You have the possibility to send them the standard link Why visit.
The page is nice and summarizes what SIAMS is all about (it also includes a small video at the bottom of the page [in Grench and German]).
But nothing personal in there! You now have the possibility to send them a link to the Why visit .... page BUT personalized.
The general information is the same, but the right side includes your logo and the key message (which you can create/change with the custom poster instructions here in French).
This part also includes the link to the visit planning tool (visitors' instructions here and exhibitor's instructions here) and a link that brings the visitor to your profile page including all the information, news (how to publish news (French)) and the download library (instructions here).
How to achieve this little miracle?
It's very simple, the system takes care of (almost) everything!
On the SIAMS website, choose Visitors > Exhibitor directory, find the name of your company and open the related page (in this example RédaTech).
Copy the company reference in the address bar. In this case: redatech-sa/766
Then open the Why Visit page
In the address of the page after .../why visit, add # and paste the company reference.
The address becomes: https://www.siams.ch/pourquoi-visiter/pourquoi-visiter#redatech-sa/766
Congratulations, you have just created your personalized homepage!
You can send this link to your customers for any communication about SIAMS!
